4/13/2018 took this picture a few days ago. min0's treat box came for his birthday. we tried something new, dr lyons dental treats and 'bones and chews' beef jerky, that was 1/2 price as it is a new product advertized on chewy, in addition to the bon appe treat surprise box.

starting min0's birthday celebration early, he got a personal yougurt all to him self, rather than the lid and container when i am done with it, which is the usually working gig and tradition to follow

i have a bit of swelling under the left knee cap, from where the dog hit me. stability is trending towards better. i did more studying, and ibuprofin will reduce swelling. so i am taking ibuprofin and vitamin c / ascorbic acid, 3 x's a day, to help cartilage and collagen production. expectation upon reading, is 8 weeks for healing.

i really enjoy looking at this brand of shoe, especially now that i understand the french inspired frame. i think of something bohemian, art nouveau, arts & crafts era. i'm enjoying the stylized dawdling: time for time
